KCHEF is dedicated to improving the lives of orphans and vulnerable children (OVCs) by providing them with access to education, healthcare, and social-economic empowerment programs. Through scholarships, psychosocial support, and household empowerment initiatives, KCHEF ensures that these children receive the care and opportunities they need to thrive. The program also equips guardians with resources and skills to create a more stable environment for the children.

- Over 2,000 orphans and vulnerable children have been supported since 2002.
- Currently, 195 OVCs are receiving formal education support at various levels.
- Over 400 program graduates, including medical officers, engineers, teachers, and IT specialists.
- Village Savings and Loan Associations established to empower guardians financially.
- Training in briquette making, craftwork, and farming provided to guardians for income generation.

Funds Raised
Eligible children are identified through community outreach, and applications are processed by KCHEF.
Over 400 graduates have secured professional careers, including doctors, engineers, teachers, and social workers, contributing back to their communities.
Alumni contribute funds for school fees and mentor current students through visitations and career guidance.
