KCHEF operates the Kasese Community Medical Centre, providing essential healthcare services to disadvantaged communities. From general outpatient care to specialized maternal and child health programs, KCHEF ensures that quality medical care reaches even the most hard-to-reach areas. The organization also runs outreach programs focused on maternal health, child immunization, and epidemic control to improve public health outcomes

- 700+ outpatient cases treated monthly.
- 80 inpatients, 30 deliveries, and 35 surgeries conducted each month.
- 5,000+ women received free comprehensive antenatal care under the Safe Motherhood program.
- 7,000+ children immunized since 2018.
